Villa Sjøtun is built on one level of a total of 240 sq.meters and has a very high standard with,e.g.,

• beds for 17 persons,
• 3 bathrooms (of which one also has a Bubble Bath),
• a main fully equipped kitchen (with cooler room)
• a secondary kitchen,
• dining room
• lounge
• tv room/area
• a meeting room to seat from 17 to 35 persons.

Villa Sjøtun is located discreetly near the main campsite and is approximately 100 meters from the Fjord, 500 meters from the centre of Rognan.

With many days hire the price can be discussed. Bed linen is not included and if required can be ordered in advance ..kr.70,-
pr. sett inc. 1 towel. Extra duvets can be hire for kr. 30 pr.day each.Made up bed kr.120,-. Duvets and pillows are found in each room for each bed. Cable TV and wireless internet.

The conference room and lounge are closed when only the rooms are hired out.

NB
Chalets, Villa Sjotun or rooms must be vacated by 11-30 am on the departure day (unless by prior agreement) and should be left in the same clean and orderly condition as was found upon your arrival.
Cleaning/washing for departure can be ordered at a cost of:from 80 NoK to 180 NoK.
The numbers that are shown in brackets e.g. 4(5*) mean that 2 children can share a bed or bunk. For young people and adults it is a cost of NoK 100 extra per night if there are more than shown in the unbracketed number.
Accomodations must be paid for on arrival date.
